The Company announces that it has been informed that on 8 July 2008, Claude Littner purchased 98,039 ordinary shares at 51p and Sean Tracey purchased 98,039 ordinary shares at 51p. Following this Mr. Littner holds a total of 3,944,506 ordinary shares, representing 4.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Mr. Tracey holds a total of 2,436,271 ordinary shares, representing 2.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
