RM PLC09 August 2005 9 August 2005 RM plc Notification of Director/PDMR Interests RM plc received notification yesterday that the trustee of the RM plc EmployeeShare Trust has acquired 228,814 2p ordinary shares at a price of 171.5p pershare. The RM plc Employee Share Trust is a trust for the benefit of RM employees. Inconjunction with the RM Co-Investment Plan, it acquires and holds ordinaryshares required for providing matching shares under that plan.
