Share Transaction
Filtrona plc announces that following the satisfaction of performance conditions for share performance awards made in April 2008, August 2008 and March 2009, a transfer of 288,074 shares was made to Robert Purcell under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part B on 02 August 2012.
Subsequent to such transfer, Robert Purcell sold 149,798 shares on 02 August 2012 at a price of £5.06 per share in order to settle the income tax and national insurance liability due on the transfer of the shares. The balance of 138,276 shares was also sold at the same price.
Following the transactions, the balance of shares held by Robert Purcell is 192,969 which represents 0.047% of the shares in Filtrona plc.
