Director Shareholding Notification
The Board of First Derivatives announces that it has today been notified that Mr. Michael O'Neill, a Non Executive Director, yesterday sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following this transaction Mr O'Neill retains an interest in 740,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.67 per cent of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
