ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 May 2008 Warren East, CEO, sold 114,123 shares in the Company and a purchase of 119,000 shares in the Company was made for his Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"), both at a price of 104p . His resultant total shareholding (including the shares held in the SIPP) is 746,480 shares.
