13 December 2012 Norman Broadbent plc ("Norman Broadbent" or the "Company") Directors' Shareholding The Company has been notified that on 12 December 2012, Pierce Casey (ExecutiveChairman) purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Company was also notified yesterday thatJon Moulton, an existing shareholder, purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares on thesame day.Following a share subscription in the Company on 13 November 2012, Mr Casey andMr Moulton, who are deemed to be acting in concert for the purposes of the CityCode on Takeovers and Mergers ("the Takeover Code") (together, the "ConcertParty"), held 49.06 per cent., in aggregate, of the Company's issued votingshare capital.
