NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PDMRs OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
Notification made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4 (1) (a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Conditional awards were made on 19 June 2008 under the Babcock International Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan in respect of 60p ordinary shares for nil consideration. The awards will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the L-TIP) between the 3rd and 10th anniversary of the grant.
The number of shares vesting will be subject to achievement of the performance target over a three year period.
