Hayward Tyler Group plc (AIM: HAYT.L), the specialist engineering group, today announces that a grant of options was made to certain Directors by the Remuneration Committee on 7 July 2016, under the rules of the Company's 2015 Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP" or "CSOP Options").
The attached notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail.

The CSOP Options become exercisable after three years subject to continued service.
CSOP Options which have vested may be exercised up to 10 years from the date of grant.
