NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 18 December 2015 the Company was notified that Caroline Marsh, PDMR, sold 6,598 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence per share in the Company on the same day at a price of £3.827 per share.
The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
