Director Shareholding
Zytronic plc (the 'Company') was notified today that on 29 June 2010, a pension fund of Mr Denis Mullan, Finance Director of the Company, reinvested its Zytronic interim dividend and purchased 109 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 177p each. As a result of this transaction Mr Mullan and his connected parties are interested in 140,109 Ordinary Shares representing 0.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
