The Company has been notified that, on 7 November 2022, Clive Brown, a director of the Company and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold a total of 47,223 ordinary shares at a price of £2.88 per share; on 8 November 2022 sold a total of 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of £2.85 per share; and on 10 November 2022 sold a total of 253,158 ordinary shares at a price of £2.85 per share.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
