Telit Communications PLC16 April 2008 Telit Communications PLC (the "Company" or "Telit") Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 15 April 2008 that on that date, Mr. Oozi Cats, theChief Executive of the Company, and Mr. Giovanni Stella, a non-executivedirector of the Company, each purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital ofthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 76.5p per Ordinary Share. Mr. Cats now directly holds 3,150,357 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.29% of theissued share capital of the Company. Mr. Cats also holds 50% of the issued share capital of Boostt B.V. ("Boostt"),which holds 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 27.77% of the issued sharecapital of the Company. Franco Bernabe & TSL and FB Net, which together hold theremaining 50% of Boostt's issues share capital, hold 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares,representing 2.89% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Cats has certain voting understandings with certain members of the FB Netgroup of companies. Therefore, the FB Net group of companies and Mr. Cats are,in aggregate, currently interested in 16,400,357 Ordinary Shares, representing37.95% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Stella now holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the Company'sissued share capital and total voting rights.
