This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 1st September 2010, the Company received notification that Mr Jonathan Davis, a Non-Executive Director, bought a total of 2,500 ordinary shares at a price of 389.985 pence per share.

Mr Davis' resultant share holding is currently 2,500 ordinary shares representing 0.0005% of issued share capital.

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above transaction. The transaction took place in Bristol on 1st September 2010.
