Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that it received notification today, from Caroline Silver, Non-executive Chair of the Company, that she had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of £3.04671 per share on 30 January 2017. Following this dealing, Mrs Silver holds 20,000 shares in the Company representing 0.005% of the shares in issue.
The notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
