Director/PDMR notification
On 29 October 2018, the Company was notified that The Charles A Stevenson Trust (the 'Trust'), of which Mr James Will (a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company) is a Trustee, transferred, for nil consideration, 11,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p in the Company, as these vested to one of the beneficiaries under the terms of the Trust.
Following this transaction, the Trust has a remaining holding of 11,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification is made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
