The Company was informed on 9 May 2011 that Ranjit Murugason, a director of the Company, had acquired 13,725 shares in the Company at 23p per share on 6 May 2011.

Following this acquisition, Mr Murugason is interested in 806,725 shares, representing 5.23 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
