FUTURE PLC DIRECTORS' / PDMRs' INTERESTS IN SHARES

Future plc (the "Company"), the international special-interest media group, announces that:

As a result of the vesting on 25 November 2010 of the second half of a deferred share bonus awarded to Stevie Spring on 19 December 2008, on 17 December 2010 the Company's Employee Benefit Trust was instructed to transfer 274,214 shares to Stevie Spring. Stevie Spring's beneficial interest in shares of the Company has increased by 274,214. Stevie Spring's total beneficial interest in shares has increased to 1,398,162 shares, which represents 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.

As a result of the vesting on 25 November 2010 of the second half of a deferred share bonus awarded to John Bowman on 19 December 2008, on 17 December 2010 the Company's Employee Benefit Trust was instructed to transfer 18,281 shares to John Bowman. John Bowman's beneficial interest in shares of the Company has increased by 18,281. John Bowman's total beneficial interest in shares has increased to 881,523 shares, which represents 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
