Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the TR-1 announcement issued earlier today in which Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") announced that it had been informed by Harwood Capital LLP (as Investment Manager for North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc, Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and Harwood Capital LLP) that it has purchased 500,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") such that its holding currently comprises 12,160,000 Shares, representing approximately 28.59% of Bioquell's issued Share capital. Bioquell announces that these Shares were acquired at a price of 88.5p per share.

Christopher Mills, the Chief Investment Officer of Harwood Capital LLP, is also a Director of Bioquell
