NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ('PCA')
The Company announces that 2,045 conditional share awards in the Company's ordinary shares £0.003 each ('Shares') granted under the Company's Deferred Equity Plan to Sean Breslin, Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance, a PDMR of the Company, vested on 19 May 2022.
PCA Shareholding
The Company further announces that on 20 May 2022, Mrs Tamzin Breslin (PCA to Mr Breslin), transferred Shares to her ISA. The transfer effected through the sale of 7,588 Shares at 263p per Share and the repurchase of 7,504 Shares at 265p per Share.
Formal notifications in respect of the PDMR and PCA are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
