International Airlines Group, S.A (the "Company" or "IAG") announces that on 19 August 2011 34.56% of the award made under the British Airways Performance Share Plan 2005 ("DSP") on 19 August 2008 to the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company vested as detailed in the table below, with the remainder of the award lapsing.
No consideration is payable for the vesting of these awards.
