Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 17 September 2008 of the following transactions:
On 16 September 2008, David Taylor (Finance Director) bought 500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 235 pence per share. As a result of this transaction David Taylor has a beneficial interest in 13,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the voting share capital of the Company.
On 16 September 2008, Jonathan Morgan (Non-executive Director) bought 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 235 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Jonathan Morgan has a beneficial interest in 24,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the voting share capital of the Company.
