Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that 65,240 ordinary shares have been transferred out of the beneficial holding of David Phillips, Chairman, as a result of a reorganisation of his family holdings at a price of 31.5 pence. Formerly Mr Phillips' adult children were beneficial owners of the shareholding, but the shares were held in a trust of which Mr Phillips was a trustee. Following the transfer, the children now hold these shares registered in their own names and remain sole beneficiaries of the shares.
Accordingly, Mr Phillips is now beneficially interested in 17,243,055 ordinary shares, representing 58.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.
