NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that one Director and another PDMR acquired ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company (ISIN: GB00BYYK2V80) (the "Shares") in the market on 28 June 2017, by way of dividend reinvestment at a price of 312.5 pence per Share, as presented in the table below.
