Director PDMR Shareholding - DTR3 1.2 Notification
Town Centre Securities PLC ("the Company") has today received notification that on the 10 March 2011, Michael A Ziff, Non Executive Director, sold 10,600 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.90 per share and 5,300 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.91 per share. The shares were purchased equally by Mr Ziff's children on 10 March 2011.
Mr Ziff transferred a further 597 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company held in trust for his children to the beneficiary.
