Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons
Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") was informed on 19 April 2012 by the Trustee of the Company's long-term incentive plan, the Balfour Beatty Performance Share Plan 2011 (the "PSP") that on 16 April 2012 each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') in Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") received a conditional award to acquire Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Rules of the PSP.
