NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), WS Atkins plc ("the Company") announces that it granted rights to acquire its ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each on 27 June 2008 pursuant to the terms of the Atkins Retention Bonus Plan ("RBP") to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as set out below:
