Telecom Plus PLC29 November 2007 Telecom plus plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons Telecom plus announces that in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R), the Company receivednotification today that the following directors of Telecom plus have made thefollowing purchases in the Company:- 1. Charles Wigoder, Chief Executive, has on the 29 November 2007 acquired100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 176 pence per share. MrWigoder now has a beneficial interest in 14,034,041 shares, and a non beneficialinterest in 2,050,000 shares representing, in aggregate, approximately 24.04 percent. of the total voting rights of the Company. 2. Richard Hateley, Finance Director has on the 29 November 2007 acquired 50,000ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 167 pence per share. His resultantholding of Ordinary Shares in the Company is 50,000 shares representingapproximately 0.07 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. 3. Keith Stella, Non Executive Director, has on the 29 November 2007 acquired10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 167 pence per share. Hisresultant holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company is 88,324 sharesrepresenting 0.13 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
