Stanelco plc was notified on 1 April 2009 that Paul Law, Managing Director of the Company's BioPlastics division, purchased 1,988,558 Ordinary Shares at 0.50 pence per share on 27 March 2009. Following this transaction, Paul Law's total shareholding in Stanelco is 1,988,558 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
