SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECN.L) has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, an Executive Director of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 50p per CDI.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 546,720 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 2.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
