("Sinosoft" or the "Company")
Grant of Options
Sinosoft announces the issue of an aggregate of 3,000,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to its directors.
Mr Yifa Yu, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been awarded 1,000,000 options. Mr Yu's options were granted on 16 May 2009, are exercisable at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable in three equal annual instalments from the first, second and third anniversary of the date of Mr Yu's appointment, which was on 21 April 2009.
Mr Mark Greaves and Mr Teo Kean Eek, Non-Executive directors of the Company have each been awarded 1,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares. The options awarded to Mr Greaves and Mr Teo were granted on 16 May 2009, are exercisable at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable in three equal annual instalments from the first, second and third anniversary of the date of grant.
The Company has no other options outstanding.
