Tesco PLC has been notified today that on 23 April 2014, the following PDMR exercised an option over Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme and sold the net shares acquired after costs and tax withholding. This option would have lapsed on 30 April 2014 if not exercised before that date.
