Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified today that Timothy Giles Lampert, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 7,982 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 177.4649 pence per share.
Following this purchase Timothy Giles Lampert holds 19,232 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.002% of the total issued shares in the Company. Timothy Giles Lampert also has an interest in 26,654 unvested shares in BCA's wholly owned subsidiary H.I.J Limited under the HIJ long term incentive scheme, formerly referred to as the "Executive Founder Shares".
