Awards under Long Term Incentive Plan 2011 ("LTIP")
Following approval of the LTIP at the recent Annual General Meeting, Quintain announces that the awards specified below have been granted to each of the executive directors, being Adrian Wyatt, David Gavaghan, Maxwell James and Rebecca Worthington. The number of awards and performance conditions attached to the awards are as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 5 August 2011.
400,000 performance shares at nil cost
Options over 800,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 42.5p.
Performance shares are due to vest, subject to achievement of the performance condition, on the third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of grant. Share options are due to vest, subject to the achievement of the performance condition, on the third anniversary of the date of grant.
