Patria Private Equity Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that on 12 May 2025, Alan Devine, the Chair of the Board, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 3,504 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £5.71 per a share and repurchased 3,487 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £5.72 per share. The shares not repurchased were sold to cover the cost of the transaction.
