African Platinum Plc10 January 2007 DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING On 10th January 2007 African Platinum plc ("the Company") was advised by BrianMichael Moritz, Chairman of the Company, that he had transferred 1,000,000listed warrants to his wife, Sonia Barbara Moritz, by way of gift at nilconsideration. Each listed warrant gives the right to subscribe for one ordinaryshare in the Company, at an exercise price of 1p, between 30 April 2003 and 30April 2007. Following this transfer Brian Michael Moritz retains a holding of 2,500,000listed warrants in the Company in his own name.
