 NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs) 

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 18 September 2015 the Company was notified that Gordon McCallum, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR, purchased 13,918 and 5,065 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence per share in the Company on the same day at a price of £3.9515 and £3.945 per share.

The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
