The Company announces that Sir John Parker, the non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 2,890 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each in the Company at a price of £32.825 per share on Monday 28 February 2011.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 and Listing rule 9.6.11.
