PDMR Dealing, exercise of share options and issue of new ordinary shares
Bioquell PLC announces that it has issued 66,118 ordinary shares of 10p each following the exercise of options under the Company's share option and SAYE schemes. The 66,118 new Ordinary Shares comprise 4,588 Ordinary Shares allotted on 19 May 2017, 2,076 Ordinary Shares allotted on 26 May 2017 and 59,454 Ordinary Shares allotted on 31 May 2017. The option exercises have been satisfied by the Company's block listing arrangements.
The exercise of options on 31 May 2017 included the exercise by Michael Roller and Georgina Pope, both PDMRs, of options over 4,506 Ordinary Shares each on maturity of the SAYE scheme.
The issued share capital of the Company is now comprised of 23,185,930 Ordinary Shares of 10p each. As 652,000 of these Ordinary Shares are held as treasury shares, the total number of voting rights in the company is 22,533,930. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
