Change in Directors' Shareholdings

Prime People plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified

that, on 6th January 2014,

1) Mr John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company, as a trustee of the Blakeney Holdings Directors Pension Scheme of which he is a beneficiary, disposed of 195,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 0.76p in equal parcels of 65,000 shares to two of his adult children and his wifereducing his total shareholding to 899,550 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.58% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

2) Mrs Claire Macdonald made an interspousal transfer of 800,000 shares to Robert Macdonald, an executive director of the Company. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr Macdonald's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,480,000 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 20.9% of the Company's current issued share capital.
