Director/PDMR Shareholding
Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining Company with an operating mine in Armenia and assets at various stages of development in the Kyrgyz Republic, has been informed that Darin Cooper, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has procured the transfer of his beneficial holding of 1,952,695 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from one nominee registered holder to another. There has been no change in beneficial ownership of these Ordinary Shares.
