Director/PDMR Shareholding

LondonMetric Property Plc (the "Company") was notified on 1 December 2015 that Patrick Vaughan, Chairman of the Company, sold 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at 164.43 pence per Share (the "Transaction").

The Transaction occurred on 1 December 2015 and the resultant total beneficial interest of Patrick Vaughan is 13,777,500 Shares, which represents 2.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
