Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), the specialist provider of distributed heat, power and renewable fuels, was notified on 11 July 2018 that on the same day Richard Burrell, CEO of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). He sold 15,000 Shares at a price of 100 pence per Share from an account in his own name and bought 15,000 Shares at a price of 100 pence per Share to be held in his self-invested personal pension.
Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr Burrell's total beneficial interest in the Company, being 2,730,000 Shares representing approximately 6.3% of the Company's issued share capital; and £400,000 nominal of CLN's.
