Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares of 5 pence each undertaken by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR").
1. Tesco PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan")
On 3 July 2020, the Trustees of the Plan purchased Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Plan's Dividend Re-Investment scheme on behalf of the PDMRs as set out below:
