Legal & General Group PLC07 November 2007 Legal & General Group Plc ("the Company") - Director's Shareholdings Legal & General has been advised today of the following dealings in the Company: • Sir David Walker, Vice Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 20,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of 131.400p per share. Following this transaction, Sir David Walker's current beneficial interest inthe Company stands at 275,969 Ordinary shares. • Rudy Markham, a non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 7,785 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of 128.448p per share.
