Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC01 June 2006 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ("DTR" or the "Company") The Company has been informed that on 31 May 2006, Dawnay, Day InternationalLimited purchased 1,047,006 CFDs over DTR shares at an average price of 104c pershare. Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC, has asubstantial interest in Dawnay, Day International Limited. Following the acquisition, Mr Klimt's interest in the Company now comprises33,897,000 ordinary shares beneficially owned by Dawnay, Day DeutschlandLimited, 2,835,056 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned by Dawnay, DayInternational Limited and 2,317,790 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned byTokenplain Limited, representing an aggregate interest of 8.8% of the Company'sissued share capital. Guy Naggar, a director of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria RealEstate Asset Management Limited, has a substantial interest in Dawnay, DayInternational Limited. Following the acquisition, Mr Naggar's interest in theCompany now comprises 33,897,000 ordinary shares beneficially owned by Dawnay,Day Deutschland Limited, 2,835,056 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned byDawnay, Day International Limited and 2,317,790 CFDs over DTR sharesbeneficially owned by Tokenplain Limited, representing an aggregate interest of8.8% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has been informed that on 31 May 2006, Christopher Hancock, adirector of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria Real Estate AssetManagement Limited, acquired an interest in 139,753 shares at an average priceof 104c per share through his pension fund. Mr Hancock's interest in the Company now comprises 1,632,000 ordinary sharesbeneficially owned by Kynnersley Asset Management Limited, 139,753 ordinaryshares beneficially owned by Mr Hancock's pension fund and 2,317,790 CFDs overDTR shares beneficially owned by Tokenplain Limited, representing an aggregateinterest of 0.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
