Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces the following transactions undertaken by J M B Cayzer-Colvin, a director of Caledonia, on 8 July 2009.
3,354 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.006% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) were transferred to Mr Cayzer-Colvin under Caledonia's deferred bonus plan;
Mr Cayzer-Colvin exercised options over 17,500 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.03% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), at an exercise price of 722.5p per share.
Of the 20,854 shares received by Mr Cazyer-Colvin, Mr Cayzer-Colvin sold 12,599 shares, representing 0.02% of Caledonia's total issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), at a price of 1522.5p per share to cover exercise costs and tax liabilities arising from the above transactions.
The 8,255 shares retained by Mr Cayzer-Colvin will be registered in the name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited.
Mr Cayzer-Colvin's total interests in Caledonia's shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 394,026 shares = 0.68%
Options - 121,844 shares = 0.21%
Deferred bonus plan - 7,363 shares = 0.013%
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by Mr Cayzer-Colvin.
