Director Dealings
The Company (AIM: LEG) was today informed that Zafar Karim, a Director of the Company, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence between 31 December and 3 January at an average price of 0.1075 pence per share
Following the purchase of the shares, Mr Karim's total shareholding in the Company is 23,000,000 shares, representing 1.46% of the total issued share capital. Mr Karim also holds 106,000,000 options in the Company.
