Sutton Harbour Holdings plc (the "Company")
Director Share Purchase
The Company has been informed that on 12 March 2009, Michael Knight and Antony Everett, both directors of the Company ("Directors"), bought a total of 15,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Michael Knight paid 42p for 10,000 Ordinary Shares and Antony Everett paid 38.95p for 5,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, these Directors have a total beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 36,990 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.073% of the current issued share capital of the Company as set out in the table below:
