We have been advised that Mr. E.J. Boot's non-beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company has been reduced from 597,830 shares to 335,085 shares (0.25% of shares in issue) consequent upon the transfer today of a total of 262,745 shares from a family trust to an adult son (65,915 shares) and two nephews (65,915 shares and 130,915 shares respectively). Mr. E.J. Boot's beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares shares in the Company remains unchanged at 5,665,037 (4.35 % of shares in issue).
