The Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009
On 23 December 2009, options over ordinary shares of 5p were granted with an exercise price of £6.96 in accordance with the rules of the H.M. Revenue and Customs approved Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. The price of £6.96 was the average of the closing mid-market prices (less a 20% discount) on the three dealing days prior to the invitation date of 26 November 2009.
Options were granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs). Options are exercisable at the end of a three year savings contract commencing in January 2010.
